5 Year Selective Licence Scheme in Nottingham Draws to a Close

Nottingham City Council plans to seek renewal of the scheme and there has been an ongoing consultation regarding its implementation. We are still awaiting information about the new scheme, and currently, the Council advises that if your license expires on or after July 31st, 2023, there is no need to apply for a new one.

We do anticipate the approval of the new scheme before the year's end, and once we have more information, we will promptly notify landlords who will be affected.
