We're Hiring a Lettings Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join our successful lettings team in our growing independent agency. We are looking for someone who is results orientated, well-organised, an excellent communicator and committed to genuinely adding value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

· Generate business through use of existing and new channels, including developing and acting on a marketing plan;

· Be the lead advocate for our business, including building rapport with potential clients, nurturing existing landlord leads, performing valuations, property take-ons and attending networking events;

· Oversee the Lettings team of Negotiators and Administrators to deliver high-quality lettings services to our clients;

· Oversee the quality and compliance of our lettings services, including regular audit and subsequent process improvement;

· Develop the lettings team, including carrying out training and regular 1:1’s;

· Liaise with the Branch Manager on staff performance, team targets and recruitment;

· Report to the Senior Management Team on the performance of the Lettings team;

· Handle complaints;

· Build rapport with clients and become a trusted leader of the business.

We are looking for:

· A leader who will commit to hold the Vision and Values of Comfort Lettings;

· A confident, results orientated Lettings Negotiator/ Valuer who has a proven track record of successfully winning new business and meeting and exceeding targets;

· An excellent communicator and negotiator;

· A creative and innovative thinker with a positive and proactive attitude;

· A commitment to a culture of continuous improvement;

· Someone who is comfortable overcoming problems and able to carry out trouble shooting with good attention to detail;

· A flexible approach and willing to meet the needs and goals of the wider business;

· A minimum of 2 years experience as a Lettings Negotiator/ Senior Negotiator/ Valuer;

· Have or be willing to work towards Level 3 Award in Residential Letting & Property Management – England & Wales;

· Education: A levels or equivalent.

You will receive:

· Uncapped OTE of £30,000- £35,000 made up of:

- Basic salary of £25,000-£29,000 dependent on experience;

- Parking allowance of £900;

- Inclusion in our bonus/ profit share scheme;

· 6% matched Pension Scheme;

· 22 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing up to a maximum of 25 with each year of employment.
