This service is for professional landlords who wish to administer their rent payments, deal with the maintenance and repairs, and manage the legal notices of the property. We will market the property, carry out professional accompanied viewings, find a suitable tenant, reference them, and prepare the tenancy agreement for signing.

65% + VAT of first month’s rent

Rental Collection

This service is for Landlords who wish to administer their legal processes and deal with the repairs and maintenance themselves. We market your property following our initial visit, arrange accompanied viewings, find a suitable tenant for your property, run a full tenant and referencing check, organise a detailed inventory and all the necessary legal paperwork, and then continue to collect and transfer the rent.

Full Management

Our comprehensive Full Management service offers Landlords and Investors complete peace-of-mind that their property is being well cared for. We carry out regular inspections throughout the tenancy using a detailed itenary and take full date-stamped property photographs to create and in-depth inspection report. Each property report provides the landlord and tenant with a regular and accurate record of the property’s condition giving reassurance and helping reduce the risk of dispute at a later date.

Our dedicated Portfolio Managers are highly trained and experienced to deal with each property as it requires. They are responsible for overseeing all aspects of a tenancy which gives them a unique position and allows them to make the very best decisions. We aim to spot maintenance issues before they become serious or cause damage within a property. By ensuring these issues are tackled quickly and efficiently, more serious problems are often sidestepped, avoiding the need for more extensive or costly works in the future.
