The Park

The Park Estate

The vibrant City of Nottingham has numerous hidden gems when it comes to city living.  Throughout the centre are loft apartments, skyline views and much more all within the convenience of a modern exciting and multicultural city.  There are fantastic transport links throughout the City connecting key transport hubs such as the train station, tram terminals and M1/A1.

Lace Market

A historic quarter mile square area of Nottingham and a sought after residential area of the city centre, particularly popular with professionals.  Formally the centre of the world’s lace industry during the British Empire and is now a protected heritage area.  Predominantly Victorian architecture, but some handsome Georgian residences to make this a go to area.

Castle Marina

An area of the City surrounding castle quays, Nottingham canal and castle boulevard has in recent years seen lots of reinvestment and development.  With its often tranquil waterside surrounding and proximity to the Nottingham Castle and city centre, numbers have been on the increase.

Beeston

Beeston

Beeston is one of Nottingham's most regarded suburbs with its excellent location and extensive range of local amenities. Bordering the Nottingham University Campus, and being home to Boots global head office, there is a high demand for property in this area.  Beeston town centre has a range of shops and facilities you would expect anywhere else from the more traditional boutique shops right through to 3 large supermarkets and everything else in between.

Wollerton

Wollaton

Wollaton is a very popular residential area in the western part of Nottingham and is home to Wollaton Hall with its museum, Deer Park, lake, walks and golf course. It has a number of local amenities including, shops, pubs, a library as well as excellent local schools in Fernwood junior and senior.   With excellent access on the A52, ring road and bus routes running regularly into Nottingham City Centre, Wollaton is an ideal location for both young professionals and families alike.

West Bridgeford

West Bridgford

West Bridgford is located south of Nottingham City and boarders the Trent Bridge area of Nottingham. Playing host to Nottingham Forest FC and Trent Bridge Cricket ground, West Bridgford can be easily accessed via foot from Nottingham City Centre.

West Bridgford also has its own town centre and shopping precinct with all the shops you would need including a Marks and Spencer, Co-op and Asda as well as a number of local and chain coffee shops, restaurants and bars such as Carluccios and Pizza Express. There are also a number of excellent schools and other clubs and facilities available that make West Bridgford an extremely desirable place to live.

Mapperly

Mapperley & Mapperley Park

It is a popular suburb with many of Nottingham's most desirable properties in this area and has a selection of good schools and other local amenities.  There is a good range of local shops and conveniences in walking distance on Mapperley Top, and excellent transport links running into Nottingham City Centre and out into the surrounding countryside and Vale of Belviour.

Victoria Embankment

The Victoria Embankment

The Victoria Embankment has a good mix of traditional residential property as well as playing host to a pioneering range of Eco Homes.  Opened in 1901 the historic Victoria Embankment is situated in a picturesque setting beside the River Trent. The Memorial Arch and beautiful formal gardens were opened in the 1920s.  More recently, an £8m EcoHome project has seen a transformation of a former school site into a pioneering sustainable development.  This has led to an influx of further investment and development and renewed interest in the area.
